Over the last 10 years, I have built and led finance and operations teams in different size tech companies - from Fortune 500 to Pre IPO late-stage companies, and finally, an early-stage startup, where I served as COO/CFO, and that was acquired.
I hold BSc/MSc in electrical engineering from Tel Aviv University and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management.
How to work with me
What I can offer
Operational and leadership mentorship.
Discuss the team - are we fostering the right culture, are we developing our team members, do we have gaps/how to bridge them.
Relying on data we will
1. Discuss short and long term goals
2. Develop/review operating plans to determine deployment of capital
3. Discuss the right KPIs to help us assess goals progress
My expectations for a successful mentoring relationship
I look to build a strong relationship that will allow us to drive operational excellence in a manner that puts people (the team) at the center. I see SMBs as the backbone of the community, helping them thrive strengthen the community, and this is my primary motivation as a mentor.
How entrepreneurs can prepare before we start
I'm looking for an open direct conversation that will help us to assess if we could be a good match. The two main things I'm looking for in entrepreneurs are coachability and team-first mentality. For that, I'd like to hear from you about your team, and your expectations for me.
